إشعار انتهاك حقوق النشر
لا يستضيف موقع سيما هَب ملفات الأفلام أو الحلقات المرئية والصوتية على خادمه، ولا يتيح للمستخدمين رفعها إليه. يعرض الموقع معلومات الأعمال وروابط المشاهدة والتحميل وأكواد تضمين لمحتوى مستضاف على خدمات خارجية.
من أمثلة خدمات الفيديو الخارجية المستخدمة في الموقع:
- YouTube — يوتيوب، للإعلانات التشويقية.
- Liivideo — لروابط المشاهدة والتحميل.
- MegaMax — لروابط مشاهدة الحلقات وتحميلها.
تخضع هذه الخدمات لسياساتها وشروطها الخاصة، ولا يدير سيما هَب خوادمها. يمكن التواصل مع الجهة المستضيفة بشأن إزالة الملف الأصلي، ويمكن تقديم بلاغ إلينا بشأن أي صفحة أو رابط أو تضمين منشور على موقعنا.
نحترم حقوق أصحاب الأعمال ونتعامل بجدية مع بلاغات حقوق النشر. وجود الفيديو على خدمة خارجية لا يلغي إمكانية الاعتراض على رابط أو تضمين داخل سيما هَب.
إرسال بلاغ حقوق النشر
إذا كنت صاحب الحق أو ممثلًا مخولًا، أرسل بلاغك إلى metdah75@gmail.com بعنوان «بلاغ حقوق نشر — سيما هَب»، وأرفق:
- اسمك وبيانات التواصل معك، بما فيها البريد الإلكتروني والعنوان ورقم الهاتف.
- تحديد العمل المحمي وبيان ملكيتك للحقوق أو تفويضك لتمثيل صاحب الحق.
- روابط صفحات سيما هَب وروابط المحتوى محل الشكوى، بما يكفي لتحديدها بدقة.
- إقرار بحسن النية بأن الاستخدام محل الشكوى غير مصرح به من صاحب الحق أو ممثله أو القانون.
- إقرار بدقة المعلومات، وتحت طائلة عقوبة الحنث باليمين، بأنك صاحب الحق أو مخول بالتصرف نيابة عنه.
- توقيعك الخطي أو الإلكتروني.
نراجع البلاغات والبيانات المرفقة، وقد نطلب معلومات إضافية. عند التحقق من بلاغ مستوفٍ، نتخذ الإجراء المناسب بسرعة، بما فيه إزالة الرابط المعني أو تعطيل الوصول إليه داخل الموقع.

Copyright Infringement Reports
CimaHub provides information about films and series and links or embedded players from third-party services. We do not host film or episode video files on our server or offer public video uploads.
We take copyright complaints seriously. To report a page, link or embedded player on CimaHub, send a notice consistent with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to metdah75@gmail.com.
Your notice should include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and your authority to act for its owner.
- The exact CimaHub URLs and information sufficient to locate the disputed material or links.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices promptly and may request clarification. After verifying a valid notice, we take appropriate action to remove the disputed link or disable access to it on CimaHub. Requests concerning the original video file may also be directed to the third-party hosting service.
