Code of Conduct

When using CimaHub, you must behave in a civil and respectful manner. You must not:

• Deceive others or impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten or stalk anyone.
• Harm or exploit minors.
• Distribute spam or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Collect personal information about others without authorization.
• Advertise or solicit purchases through the service without a written agreement with CimaHub.

CimaHub may review reports of misuse and restrict access to the service when appropriate.

Membership

CimaHub currently provides browsing without registration. It does not offer public member accounts, user profiles or user uploads. No username, password or registration email is required to browse the site.

If account features are introduced, these terms will be updated to describe registration requirements and account security.

Content Restrictions

You must not use the service or communications sent to CimaHub to distribute content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other third-party rights.
• Contains sexually explicit material or pornography.
• Contains hateful, defamatory or discriminatory material, or incites hatred or violence.
• Exploits minors or facilitates their abuse.
• Promotes unlawful acts or depicts extreme violence for the purpose of encouraging harm.
• Promotes animal cruelty.
• Promotes fraud, deceptive investment or money-making schemes, unlawful gambling or other illegal activity.
• Otherwise violates applicable law.

These restrictions do not create a public upload or posting feature on CimaHub.

Third-Party Links and Players

Embedded players and viewing or download links may be provided by independent services. Their availability and use are subject to their own terms. CimaHub does not guarantee that every external link will remain available or work in every browser or region.

Copyright and Contact

Rights in films, series, images and trademarks remain with their respective owners. A listing or link does not grant permission to copy or redistribute protected material.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears below. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
